Hivi hawa SSRA hawaangalii hata upepo unavuma kuelekea wapi na kwa kasi gani? Maana makanusho yao ni mepesi sana. Yaani sheria mama ambayo ndo ya muhimu isiwashirikishe wahusika eti washirikishwe kwenye sheria ndogo. Wameona wenye pesa ni decision taker, enzi hizo zimepitwa na wakati. Kifungu hicho kiondolewe hakifai mimi ndo mwenye pesa lazima nikubali kwa ushawishi wa hoja na si lazima. Nitoe jasho mimi mwingine anipangie matumizi! Huu ni mfumo kandamizi hautakiwi hasa wakati huu wa mfumo wa vyama vingi.
