National Sales Manager
Our client, a leading global Agricultural Chemical manufacturing group operating in Tanzania is urgently seeking to recruit a qualified Tanzanian Citizens for the  National Sale Manager role. The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
Roles and responsibilities
·         Provide strategic direction, leadership and management of sales teams,
·         Manage product distribution process, ensuring the most cost-effective way
·         Appropriate resourcing for the department, including budget management
·         Work with marketing teams on the planning & execution of marketing strategies &events.
·         Lead in the  pricing, discounting, tendering and contracting processes
·         Liaise with the marketing team in the development and execution of commercial activities and programmes.
·         Assess effectiveness of distributor channels and ensure KPIs are met.
·         Develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
·         Develop and maintain current department policies; ensure the policies are being followed.
·         Ensure integration sales teams activities
 
 Qualifications
  • Degree in Business related field preferably Marketing
  • At least 7years experience FMCGs, 2 years in management level
 
Knowledge and skills
·         Possess true team leadership skills, a team player and work under minimal supervision
·         Exceptional planning, organization and time management skills
·         Effective, precise and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
·         Ability to manage many projects and tasks at once
·         Perceptive/observant with exceptional attention to detail
·         Self-motivated
·         Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
·         Good numerical competency and report writing skills
·         Ability to resolve conflict and by addressing root cause issues
·         Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and statistical information and use that information to make informed decisions
