Watu wetu wa pale Ardhi wanaomaliza mbona wanenda kuwa ma-cashier bank?wasipange miji yetu?Je umeiona Dar Master plan?Je nani anayetoa vibali vya majengo marefu down town ilihali hakuna parking achilia mbali barabara kwa hao unaowamasisha waje mjini?na yale majengo ya vioo tupu..AC inahitajika je umeme upo?Mkoloni hakuwa mjinga..angalieni Ocean Road Hospital,hadi leo mtu ahitaji AC...Je raisi anayepima maendeleo ya nchi kwa majengo("Dar itakuwa kama Manhattan",namnukuu raisi wetu wakati wa ufunguzi wa pension house-Ohio street mwak huu)..Mwalimu alisema maendeleo hayapimwi kwa majengo na mabarabara...sasa sijui Dar ikiwa kama Manhattan ndiyo maendeleo?Je,nani anasimia usalama wa barabarani ikiwa trafiki wetu ni mtandao wa kukusanya mapato ya maendeleo binafsi?Je wasomi wetu..wanapenda kufauata sheria za barabarani,ingawa wanazifahamu sana(Elimu hata iwe vipi,siyo kigezo cha mabadilko ya tabia),mimi kama mpanda basikeli nakutana na kero kila siku,hasa kwa dada zetu madereva dharau ni kubwa sana,ikiwa na wewe "hau-drive"...anakuchmekea ukimuuliza anakutukana na anafunga vioo...na wanaume wanakwambia wewe una kichaa kabisa..hebu toka hapa na mambo yako ya haki za wapanda baisikeli.
Hapa nilipo nina kesi 2 mahakamani,1 ya kushtkiwa na jiji,kisa nimehoji kwa nini muuza machngwa kwenye baisikeli akamatwe na anaeuza ice cream za bakhresa ameachwa..wa machungwa anachafua mazingira(ingawa ni bio-degradeable) na mara nyingi huwa wanauza kwa wanaorudi nyumbani jioni kwenye foleni..Ice cream za bakhresa tukikula..tunatupa vikopo vya plastic ambavyo haviozi..miaka 200!Bado hawa mgambo wa jiji wanalipwa kuwatoa hao,wengi wao ni wala rushwa za buku buku toka kwa mama zetu,dada zetu,kaka zetu wanaojaribu kuuza chochote wajilinde..wanaambiwa wanachafua..kubwa kuliko zote.ikiwa unifomu mbaya za daladala,zinauzwa zaidi ya 40,000/- je zile za mgambo wa jiji(Sijui kama umezichnguza) ni za ubora wa juu kuliko hata za polisi wetu..ni shilingi ngapi zimelipiwa kwa bajeti ghani?
Mengi yanakera,yanasikitisha,yanakatisha tamaaa...ni nchi yetu ni watu wengi..nini jukumu letu?..

na sisi wanabidii tuwe na mbinu za kujipanga..hata haya tunayoandika wangapi huwa tunayasoma ya wenzetu?Mwaka jana uliitishwa mkutano wa wachangiaji wote wa wanabidii pale Book cafe(Hivi bado ipo?) nakumbuka walikuja watu 4 tu!

Lipo tatizo pia la wapiga chabo, utakuta wauza gazeti ni wawili lakini kuna watu kumi na tano wanapiga chabo akitoka huyu anakuja mwingine, wameziba njia yote, nadhani haya magazeti yauzwe kwenye gift shops, book shops na supermarkets. Pia ziwepo direct services yaani muuza gazeti anatembea nazo hadi atakapomaliza anarudia zingine.

Mwesiga, njia za watembea kwa miguu zimezibwa na wauza magazeti na mafundi viatu hasa mitaa ya posta, hakuna magari yanayoegeshwa kwenye walkways, yanayoegeshwa na yono hawayavuti basi ni ya polisi au wanasiasa wabishi. Hata ukiegesha kwa bahati mbaya watu wa parking fees huwa wanatwambia na anakuelekeza mahali salama pa kuegesha, tatizo hizo parking ndo chache.Yapo mambo yasiyohitaji fedha kwa mfano, tukianzisha "walk to work for health program", watu wanaweza tembea au kutumia baiskeli hasa wakazi wa upanga na Oysterbay hivyo wataacha magari nyumbani.
