siyo Tanzania, mara mkachukuwe utaalamu wa kuleta mvua
kutoka nchi za Asia ya mbali, hiyo ni akili kweli, wale
wanaoukupa njia za kuleta mvua wakati mikoa ya kanda ya zima
kwa sasa ni semi desert, how do you expect rain to fall from
no where?.Hivyo
slogan ajira kwanza ni namna ya kuwa fool watu huku mtu
anayeitoa wana haiingii akilini mwake na haamini kwa dhati
kuwa itawezekana.

nyingi zimekuwa zikikua kwa kasi kwa miaka zaidi ya kumi
lakini sekta hizo zinaweza kuchukua watu wachache tu. Sekta
ambayo inaajiri Watanzania wengi ni kilimo na hii imedumaa.
Hii ni sababu ya watu wengi kukimbia kilimo. Hivyo suluhisho
la Ajira Tanzania lazima lianze na kukuza kilimo (hata
changamoto ya ukuaji uchumi na kuondoa umaskini inaanzia
kwenye kukuza kilimo.) Yaani:
Kilimo-Kwanza.
Lakini kwa
nini Watanzania hatuzingatii kilimo kama ajira? Kwa sababu
value-chain (kuanzia uzalishaji, usafirishaji, rushwa na
masoko) haimnufaishi mkulima. Hivyo Ndg. Kigwangalla, kama
ukiangalia suala la value-chain ya kilimo na kuiboresha ili
faida ibaki kwa mkulima, watu watarudi mashambani, watu
watatafuta njia za kuboresha uzalishaji,

Nchi yoyote ili
iendelee lazima watu wake wawe na amani, uhuru, furaha,

maskini wakisomesha watoto kwa shida na kwa bidii halafu

kujenga shule, wakajibana wakatoa michango yao na ada ili
watoto wao wasome wakitumaini watapata elimu na baadaye
watawakomboa - mwishowe watoto wakakosa ajira, watakata

umejenga mashule ya kutosha na vyuo vikuu vya kumwaga.
Kutoka sekondari 1500 mpaka zaidi ya 4500 si kazi rahisi.
Kutoka walimu karibu 10,000 mpaka zaidi ya 80,000 si kazi

bora kwa kila mtanzania ni lazima tuzalishe ajira zenye tija
na ufanisi kwa kila mtanzania. Watanzania ni wachapakazi na
wako tayari kuajiriwa na kujiajiri, je tumewawezesha
kufanikisha haya? Tunahitaji kuwekeza kwenye kuzalisha ajira
zisizo rasmi kwa wingi zaidi; tunahitaji kuwekeza kwenye
kilimo na kukifanya kiwe cha kibiashara na chenye linkage na
viwanda, ili mwisho wa siku tupate kodi ambayo itatumika
kutoa huduma bora zaidi za afya, elimu, maji, mikopo ya
nyumba za bei nafuu vijijini na mijini, na kujenga miundo
mbinu (wakati huo huo tukizalisha ajira kutokana na
uwekezaji huu).Dhima ya ‪#‎KilimoKwanza‬ imefanikiwa
kutupatia uhakika wa chakula kwa miaka mitatu zaidi mbele.
Awamu inayofuata ijikite kwenye ku-link uzalishaji
mashambani na masoko na viwanda - kwa value addition. Elimu
ndiyo, lakini siyo kipaumbele cha kwanza, na siyo elimu ya
kitaaluma, zaidi iwe ya kujenga ujuzi na kuandaa wazalishaji
zaidi ya maafisa, maana kusomesha watoto bila kuwajengea
mazingira ya ajira ni kutengeza bomu litakalohatarisha amani
na utulivu wa nchi yetu. Tuwatajirishe watu kisha watasoma
na kusomesha. Ni mzazi gani atahangaikia mahitaji ya shule
ya mtoto kama hana chakula cha kumlisha?Ni lazima
tuwekeze kwenye mfumo wa kisasa na shirikishi wa mikopo kwa
wakulima na wafanyabiashara za kati na ndogo ndogo ili
wazalishe bidhaa kwa ajili ya viwanda vya kati na vikubwa.
Ni lazima kilimo chetu kiwe commercialised na kiwe linked na
manufacturing - no short-cut. Hii itapunguza uagizaji wa
bidhaa nyingi kutoka nje na kusaidia kutunza akiba ya fedha
zetu za kigeni. Uzalishaji huu utaleta kodi zaidi. Ni lazima
tuwekeze kwenye miradi mikubwa ya gesi, uchimbaji madini na
ujenzi ili kuzalisha ajira kwa watu wetu. Kila mtu akiwa na
ajira tutajenga Taifa la watu wenye furaha na uzalendo kwa
nchi yao. Uwekezaji kwenye sekta hizi utahitaji wasomi,
ndiyo, lakini kipi kinaanza kwanza, kwa hapa tulipo?
Kuwekeza kwenye elimu zaidi ama kwenye kuzalisha ajira kwa
kukuza uchumi na kuondoa umaskini?Leo hii
ukitaka, na hata kama unatamani kuzalisha wasomi zaidi
hauwezi kufanikiwa maana hauna pesa za kufanya hivyo. Hata
ukitamani kujenga hospitali na zahanati zaidi na kupeleka
madawa na wataalamu zaidi hautoweza sababu hauna hela
(wishful thinking tu). Ni lazima uwe na pesa kwanza ndipo
ufanye haya mengine. Ndiyo maana ninaamini, pamoja na
umuhimu wa elimu, afya na maji, ni lazima uwekeze kwenye
kukuza uchumi kwanza ndipo ufanye haya. Hivyo nimeweka
kipaumbele cha kwanza kwenye kutatua changamoto ya ajira
nchini, na cha pili kutoa huduma bora za kijamii. Changamoto
ya ajira nchini suluhu yake ni kukuza uchumi tu hakuna namna
nyingine. ‪#‎AjiraKwanza‬.Hata hivyo la
muhimu zaidi si kuibuka na slogan kila kukicha, ni kutenda.
Watanzania wanahitaji kuona mambo yakifanyika na
wakishirikishwa kufanya mambo, siyo kuimbiwa nyimbo nzuri za
