Hujaona tu kwamba hilo linawezekana katika mazingira yetu? Ukiwa na pesa Tanzania unaweza kufanya hivyo - kupata mtutu na kumpata mtu wa kuuelekeza kwenye kichwa cha mtangaza matokeo. Ili pesa isishinde inabidi itumike nguvu ya ki-Nyerere ya kumuondoa mtu asipate hata nafasi ya kupigiwa kura. Akipata hiyo nafasi ya kupigiwa kura, basi ndiye atayekuwa mgombea wa CCM.
