U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will travel on February 2 to Rome, Italy, to lead the U.S. delegation to the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL Small Group Ministerial. Coalition partners will review progress to date and discuss ways to further intensify commitments across all lines of effort to degrade and defeat this terrorist group. Other nation countries to be represented include Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, European Union, France, Germany, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United Nations as observers. On February 3, Secretary Kerry will travel to London, United Kingdom. While in London, he will lead the U.S. delegation to the Fourth Syria Donors Conference which will include 25 world leaders from other donor nations impacted by the crisis. The Conference will be hosted jointly by the United Kingdom, Germany, Norway, Kuwait, and the United Nations.
