GROUP FINANCE MANAGER - TANZANIA Group of Companies, Dar Es Salam, Tanzania Ref 14554 Jun 25 A diversified investment holding company that comprises of a number of companies across Africa is looking for a leader of their Group Finance function. To suit this role, candidates should have an Accounting Degree plus CA qualification, be a strong leader with outstanding business and commercial acumen.
Reporting Structure
Reporting To	CEO
Supervision Of	Overall 120 staff
Interacts With	Staff, Board, regulatory bodies
Job Description	To verify the correctness and completeness of all monthly management accounts and make sure they are submitted timeously Compiling and submitting weekly reports Produce, design and implement financial policies and procedures as well as standard forms throughout the Group. Oversees the processing of all revenue, expenditure, position control documents, departmental budgets, salary updates, ledgers and account maintenance and closely monitor operating and financial expenditure Co-ordinate management of all statutory audits and perform risk analysis for the Group / Internal audit investigations. Ensure all tax is submitted timeously and ensure all tax compliance Perform due diligence on all new acquisitions Manage IT issues such as ensuring proper date backups and data warehousing are in place.
