Sebi's FY16 income up 17% at Rs 602 crore
Capital markets regulator Sebi has seen its total income rise by over 17 per cent to Rs 601.67 crore in 2015-16, mainly due to increase in fees and subscription income. Total revenue expenditure of the regulator also rose to Rs 374 crore in 2015-16, from about Rs 246 crore in the previous fiscal.

SBI in 'Hall of Shame' list for funding cluster bomb makers
State-run banking behemoth SBI has been named in a 'Hall of Shame' list of 158 banking and financial institutions globally that have invested billions of dollars in companies making cluster bombs. SBI has said there is no prohibition either in the US or in India to finance such commercial projects

Man mauled to death by tiger in Kanha Tiger Reserve
