		India receives $5.34 billion FDI in April-May India received $5.34 billion FDI in the first two months of the current financial year, Parliament was informed on Friday. During April-May the country attracted $4.76 billion FDI under automatic route, while $582 million came through the approval route, Minister of State for Finance said. HDFC Ltd looks to raise Rs 2,000 crore via NCDs HDFC Ltd on Friday said it will issue non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis to raise Rs 2,000 crore.
