On November 19, Coordinator Phillips will speak about strategic communications at the Kyiv Post’s annual Tiger Conference, “Ukraine One Year After The EuroMaidan Revolution.” Coordinator Phillips will also visit the future site of the Kyiv American Center, and meet with members of the Embassy’s youth council, civil society, and the media.
