Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) is changing its Customs System to the new TANCIS (Tanzania Customs Integrated System). The new system implementation is causing delays in clearance, impacting the number of shipments cleared each day.
We are in touch with TRA and have been assured that they are working on the teething problems. DHL Express will work harder to get your shipments cleared and delivered to you as soon as possible
