President Jacob Zuma has joined Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe in boycotting this week’s European Union-Africa summit in Brussels because the EU has tried to dictate which African leaders should attend.
COMMENT : African leaders should refuse to be manipulated and dictated to by the west .Each country must be respected as a sovereign state
