uchaguzi huo. Je wakati wa marudio ni Tume hiyo hiyo ndio
itakayosimamia huo uchaguzi au ni Tume ipi?
3. Gharama za kurudia uchaguzi huo zitatoka
wapi wakati tumeshuhudia watu wanakufa kwa kukosa huduma
pamoja na madawa hospitalini?
