This is what will happen in this country should one of them win
Zimbabwe has $217 left in the bank, says Finance MinisterThe Kenyan DAILY POST African 02:44 AFTER paying public workers' salaries last week, the balance in cash-strapped Zimbabwe's government public account stood at just $217, Finance Minister Tendai Biti said on Tuesday.
"Last week, when we paid civil servants there was $217 (left) in government coffers," Mr Biti told journalists in the capital, Harare, claiming some of them had healthier bank balances than the state.
"The government finances are in a paralysis state at the present moment. We are failing to meet our targets." Zimbabwe's economy went into free fall at the turn of the millennium, after President Robert Mugabe began seizing white-owned farms. The move demolished investor confidence in the country, paralysed production, prompted international sanctions and scared off tourists. After more than a decade — during which the country suffered from hyperinflation of 231,000,000% and infrastructure that crumbled as quickly as prices went up — the situation is now more stable. But public finances remain a mess, and local business battles against unstable electricity supplies, lack of liquidity and high labour costs.
Zimbabwe's government has warned it does not have enough money to fund a constitutional referendum and elections expected this year. Mr Biti said that left no choice but to ask the donors for cash. "We will be approaching the international community," he said. The country's elections agency said it requires $104m to organise the vote. The government's national budget for this year stands at $3.8bn and the economy is projected to grow 5%. The mineral-rich country is now using the US dollar and the South African rand. It was my first time to see or hear of him, but honestly, we need to move past these two families, they are holding us hostage, we cannot move or develop unless we set ourselves free.

It was jana that i not only saw Mohammed Abduba Diba on TV,but the name. The electorate normally votes for familiar people let alone the tribal mobilization that makes our politics and leadership. How can we possibly sell him to the 14 million voters from where he will get the winning vote as well to the 40 million Kenyans to prepare them for His Excellency to be ! His depute was threatening us "Musipotupigia kura ......" labda we need mbwa kali kuchunga sisi! ITS TIME WE DECOLONIZE OURSELVES FROM THE TWO FAMILIES! Evans MACHERA

I have come to the conclusion that Kenyatta's and Odinga's are the source of all our problems in this country, the rivalry that goes way back to colonial times is not healthy for this country, they are like co-wives, who are out to settle scores with each other, we need to move past these two families. they are not the only family that can rule us or can be leaders, I am just fed up with these two.
Mohammed Abduba Diba, a former teacher at Nairobi's Lenana School Tosha,
