Sawa. Lakini kunufaika na uhusiano kupitia kwa ubalozi husika si
lazima uwe katika njia ya kuomba na kupewa misaada; mbaya zaidi
misaada ya pesa na vitu ambavyo haviko endelevu (sustainable)!! Kama
pale tulipopewa misaada ya vyandarua kwa ajili ya kupambana na
Malaria!! Ajabu kabisa!! Hivi hata somo la Sayansi Kimu hawakusoma?
Unapambana na mbu na chandarua?!
Nitamwona balozi yoyote wa maana akitafuta misaada ya kiteknolojia
(ili tupate technology transfer). Hiki ndicho tunahitaji kama taifa.
Tuchukue mawazo ya kiteknolojia kutoka kwa nchi zilizoendelea na
tuzilete nyumbani na kuzi-mould katika matumizi halisi hapa nyumbani.
Tuna kitengo cha teknolojia pale CoET, lakini cha ajabu, wanatengeneza
dhana ambazo zimetumika karne ya 16-18 huko Magharibi!! Kwa nini sasa
balozi mbunifu (pamoja na CoET) wasikae chini na kuangalia namna gani
wanaweza kutransfer technology toka Magharibi ili tuondokane na kuomba
omba misaada ya pesa?!

Exactly. Mimi nisingemshangaa balozi mstaafu kama angeomba misaada
kama Wamarekani na Waingereza wanavyofanya.
