Yona, hayo ya kujotoa ni kwa maslahi ya wakubwa na pengine na wewe
unaunga mkono Kenya kujitoa kwa vile wewe una maslahi na hao wakubwa.
Hebu firikia kiongozi anayefanya uamuzi mbaya hawezi kushtakiwa kwa
sheria tulizo nazo. Lakini ulaya walau kama kiongozi akifanya madudu
akimaliza mkono wa sheria unamfikia. Kwetu sisi ICC ndiyo kimbilio
letu. Mimi ningeunga mkono kama Kenya wangejitoa kabla ya machafuko ya
kisiasa yaliyotokea walau ningeamini wana sababu muhimu. Lakini kwa
sasa ni kutaka wakubwa wanaotuhumiwa wasiwe na kesi ya kujibu. Huwa
naangalia ICC wanavyoendesha mambo yao na niko impressed. Haiwezekani
mtu asiye na hatia aundiwe kesi na ahukumiwe kufungwa na ICC maana
wana wanasheria waliobobea kutoka nchi mbalimbali. Sasa kama tunataka
haki ionekane ikitendeka ni lazima iwe hivyo kwa wote - viongozi wetu
na raia wake. Raia mara zote wanafikiwa na mkono wa sheria. Lakini
viongozi wetu hapana na hivyo ICC ina balance mambo. AU Yona ungetaka
pia tusiwe na mahakama zetu ili raia nao wasepe mkono wa sheria na
hivyo kuleta usawa kwa wote?
