AirTel na Tigo wao uibiwe simu uende ofisi zao kurudisha line uone hao Customer care yao utatamani uwapige watu wamerundikana Caustomer care full maringo mpaka unajiuliza hivi hawa nani anaye wasupervise?
Niliipoteza simu moja line Aritel moja Tigo at the same time.
Nilipata experience mbaya ya Customer care Airtel na Tigo.Tigo wale wadada pale branch yao ya Ocean Road walileta mbwembwe wakanizungusha mpaka bahati nzuri kuna mtu nilimkuta namjua akanisaidi kurudisha line yangu.
Airtel foleni na mbwembwe zao mpaka leo sijarudisha line.
Poor Customer care!!

Airtel sells 40 minutes 2000 for a limited within a week, not 3000, au umetumwa na voda, even those voda have their prob's, when you roam with MTN in Uganda, they charge your airtine account even if simu umepigiwa wewe!!
While Airtel and Tigo it is free to pick a call!
No one us better, neither perfect or good enough, you better have both of them for coz someone's weakness ia others strength.
Dont give those voda guys enough airtime and promo. By the way i appriciate their e-banking business and hate all others.
