Napenda tena kuchukua fursa hii kuwataarifa kuwa pesa yangu imerudishwa na imetumwa kule nilikokuwa nimekusudia; so maisha yanaendelea kama kawaida

Niwashukuru sana bank yangu ya barclays hasa branch Manager wa Kisutu kwa ushirikiano wako uliopita kiwango, pia Airtel hasa huyo kigogo kwa kuingilia kati suala langu

Ushauri wa bure kwa Airtel: please jaribuni kuboresha huduma zenu hasa dawati la customer service - pale kuna poor services,

Nipende kuchukua fursa hii kuushukuru mtandao huu, maana asubuhi ya leo nimepigiwa simu na kigogo mmojawapo na inavyoelekea suala langu litapatiwa ufumbuzi ASAP; na pia huduma zao zitaboreshwa; sometimes ni vizuri kukosolewa ili upate nafasi ya kujirekebisha.

Mimi ni mteja wa kampuni ya mawasiliano ya Airtel, kwa sasahv niko Tarime - nyamongo kikazki, nimesikitishwa sana sana sana huduma zitolewazo na kampuni na napenda kuwasilisha malalamiko yangu kama ifuatavyo
  1. Mnamo tarehe 14 February 2014 saa 7mchana, nilifanya malipo ya pesa toka kwenye bank yangu ya barclays kwenda kwenye number ya mteja wa Airtel kwa kutumia huduma ya internet banking. Kwa bahati mbaya nilikosea number za mwanzoni (badala ya kuingiza 0784----; nikaingiza 0787), pesa ikatoka toka kwenye account yangu ya barclays na kwenda kwenye number ya Airtel niliyokosea.
  2. Baada ya muda kama dakika moja (1) siku hiyohiyo, nikapokea taarifa ya transaction niliyofanya kwa njia ya internet banking kupitia simu yangu kwa njia ya sms, ikielezea ni kiwango gani cha pesa kimetolewa toka kwenye account yangu ya barclays na reference number ikiwemo pia.
  3. Baada ya muda kama dakika kumi (10) nikawasiliana na mtu ambaye nilikusudia pesa zile zimfikie kwa kumpigia kwa number yake ya Tigo na yeye kunijibu kuwa hajapokea sms yeyote inayoonyesha kama kuna pesa imeingia kwenye simu yake ya Airtel. Alijaribu kucheki salio na hakupata kuona pesa yeyote iliyotumwa.
  4. Akanishauri nimtumie sms ya transaction ambayo nimeifanya ili aweze kuangalia tatizo ni nini; nilifanya hivyo na ndipo alipogundua kuwa nilikosea tarakimu za mwanzo za number yake ya Airtel 
  5. Baada ya kugundua hilo kosa, niliwasiliana na Airtel huduma kwa wateja na walifanikiwa kublock hiyo transaction; na bahati nzuri hiyo number niliyokesea kutuma pesa haikuwa inatumika kwa muda huo.
  6. Niliwasiliana na bank yangu ya barclays na kuwaeleza tatizo hilo; Barclays walifanya mawasiliano na kampuni ya selcom ili kujua kama hizo pesa zimerudi kwao ili wawape maelekezo ya wapi hizo pesa zipelekwe ama zirudi kwa mteja.
  7. Niliendelea kusubiri huku nikifanya mawasiliano na bank yangu kujua kinachoendelea; ilipofika saa 10 jioni, bank yangu walinipa taarifa ambazo zilitoka kampuni ya Selcom kuwa bado pesa zangu zimeshikiliwa na Airtel Money.
  8. Nikafanya mawasiliano na Airtel huduma kwa wajeta na kuwaelezea mkasa mzima; mtoa huduma alinihoji maswali mengi ya kiusalama ili kujiridhisha na baadaye kunijibu kuwa suala langu amelifikisha mahala panapohusika na kunieleza kuwa pesa zangu zitakuwa zimerudishwa kwenye account yangu ya barclays ndani ya masaa 72.
  9. Nilisubiri masaa 72 bila mafanikio yeyote na huku nikiendelea kuwasiliana na bank yangu kujua kama pesa zangu zimerudi.
  10. Tarehe 16 February 2014, nilifanya mawasiliano tena na mtoa huduma wa Airtel na kumueleza mkasa mzima na alihoji maswali mengi ya kiusalama na baada ya muda alinipatia ticket number ya tatizo langu ambayo ni 3859784 na kunieleza kuwa tatizo langu amelifikisha mahala panapohusika na ndani ya masaa 72 pesa yangu itakuwa imerudishwa kwenye account yangu ya barclays.
  11. Niliendelea kufuatilia kupitia bank yangu ya barclays bila mafanikio yeyote
  12. Baada ya masaa 72 kwisha, tarehe 21 February 2014 nikafanya mawasiliano tena na mtoa huduma wa Airtel; pamoja na kumtajia ticket number ya tatizo langu lakini bado alitaka kujua historia ya tatizo langu, kitu ambacho kilinishangaza sana!!, alinihoji maswali mengi na nilijitahidi kumpa ushirikiano wa kutosha. Naye akasema baada ya masaa 72 pesa yangu iltakuwa imerudishwa kwenye account ya barclays.
  13. Leo hii tarehe 26 February niwasiliana na Airtel kupitia mtoa huduma kwa wajeta na kupewa matumaini kuwa pesa yangu itarejeshwa kwenye account yangu ndani ya masaa 72
 
Wadau naombeni msaada wenu maana sijui niwasiliane na nani ili pesa zangu ziweze kurejeshwa maana kila nikiwasiliana na mtoa huduma kwa wateja natozwa shilingi 60 na leo ni week ya 3 sijapata pesa zangu.
