Sasa hawa wachaga wanapoanzisha miradi na shuguli zao nyingine haswa za biashara wanategemea sana yale maagano ya nyumbani kwao kule makaburini na maeneo mengine mbalimbali kwa ajili ya kulinda biashara zao , himaya zao , familia zao na falme zao nyingine popote pale walipo .
Kwa sasa hivi mambo yamebadilika na yanaendelea kubadilika sana kutokana na baadhi ya wachaga kuishi mijini wanakutana na mambo mapya kama ukristo , uislamu , upagani na imani nyingine mbalimbali ingawa wengi hawaachi kabisa hizo tamaduni zao .
Wengine kutokana na kuoana au kuolewa na watu wa Porini ( Makabila mengine ) huko wanapoteza hii hali ya kuendeleza himaya na ndio maana wazazi wa kichaga wako serious sana pale mtoto wao haswa wa kiume anapotaka kuleta mwanamke nyumbani wakiangalia vitu kama hivi muda mwingi wanakataa sio kwa sababu ya tabia au la shida ni hiyo himaya .
Kwa kumalizia , hizi jamii za kiafrika haziweki mambo yao mengi kwenye kumbukumbu haswa za maandishi na njia nyingine matokeo yake ni kuharibika na nyingi haziendelezwi vile inavyotakiwa , lakini tumeona wengine wameandika biblia , koran na vitabu vingine vingi tu na ndivyo tunavyoona mali kwetu .

Naombeni sana tuwe na utaratibu wa kujadili mambo kwa umakini zaidi na
haswa kwa utafiti. Bila kufanya tafiti tusiongee tu kwa kusikia au
kuhisi au kusoma vyombo visivyo na uhakika. Tena utafiti uwe wa
kisayansi maana kama tunajiita wanazuoni inabidi tusijiongeleshe tu.
Kuhusu swala la Rotary mimi sina la kusema maana sijui sana. Lakini
rotary club iko kijijini kwetu Nshara Machame na wanachama ni watu wa
kawaida kabisa ata walimu wa shule za msingi pale kijijini na
wafanyakazi wa zahanati na watu wengine. Ofisi zake ziko kwenye jengo
la ofisi ya kijiji na SACCOS ya kijiji. Wanachama wanakutana kila wiki
na mambo yanayojadiliwa ni maendeleo na haswa mambo ya mazingira. Mimi
sio mjumbe ingawa nimeshawahi kuombwa mara nyingi, lakini nilikataa
kwa sababu moja kubwa siwezi kuhudhuria vikao maana ya safari nyingi
zinazonikabili. Kama ningekuwa niko kijijini siku zote ningelifikiria
lakini ninge jaribu sana kuelewa nia na madhumuni ya rotary kabla
sijajiingiza. Lakini kwa ufupi wale wajumbe pale kijijini ni watu wa
vipato vya kawaida na nia ni maendeleo. Wameshatembelewa ata na Rais
wa Rotary na wanapata ugeni mwingi kutoka nje mara kwa mara.
Yona, shule za Feza ni shule za organization ya kituruki iitwayo
Gullen Community. Nina marafiki wa kituruki, kiitaliano na wakicanada
ambao wamefanyia research hii Gullen Community na shule zake.
Yona pia nakubaliana na wewe hili swala tusiliweke kidini kama
ulivyoanza hapo mwanzo.
