[wanabidii] Research on what drives Managers' decision making

Greetigs All.

To Practicing or Retired Managers:

My I kindly have an opportunity to have you respond to my few survey questions below. All the information you provide will be kept confidential.
The research is an academic contribution by the St. Augustine University (T).

I respect your precious time, and know the moment you spare to attend to this is a work of your respect to SAUT.

You can copy and paste the questions in the 'quick repy' space, then insert your answers at the end of each question accordingly. I appreciate your attention.

I am researching on the factors that influence the Managers' choices of the options to finance their future investment opportunities (ie borrowing, using retained earnings, issuing shares, or others)

For instance,
1. if, as a manager you ever or would opt for borrowing to fnance an opportunity over retained earnings, what did you, or would consider to be the determinant factors before you made that choice? (in the order of importance please).
2. if you opt for retained earnings over borrowing, what are the factors you would consider? (arranged in the order of importance)
3. if you opt for issue of shares, what do you consider?
4. Any other source you would consider _______________
5. Finally, can you please indicate the order in which you would consider your financing options?
e.g 1)________2)__________3)___________4)_________

N:B The factors could be the size of your company, ease of access to the source option, or any other. No imitation to the list.

I will be glad to hear from you.
Your contribution is appreciated in the circle of academics as we mint future practitioners.

Regards,

T. Ngozi,
Researcher, SAUT.
