I want us to balance our arguments about tribalism in Kenya and see where we have gone wrong and how we can mend fences for purposes of building harmony. I also believe that we can face the hard facts about the character of Kenyans living abroad, and how we can offer ourselves as catalysts for a tribal-free Kenya.
his idea of going back and forth, on Osama, Maurice, Kahumbu, Wams, Kuria, Omogo, Omwenga, Kamau etc or Jubilee and Cord is full of nonsense. We are worse than the noisy men and women who sell omena and ngege in Kisumu.
We have lived abroad and seen diversity. We have seen how people co-exist peacefully. We have seen racial intermingling both in marriage, schools and at the work place. How come that I Laban Rotich would spew fire and brimstones to a fellow Kenyan just for the simple reason that he or she has mentioned Ruto's or Moi's name in bad light?
Why should I feel bad when Kenyans are criticising the Jubilee govt? Isn't it a right that Jubilee is a govt of Kenya and Kenyans have a right to criticise it? Why should Luos feel bad when Raila's name is mentioned? These leaders are not engals. They are human and have a life like all of us and they make mistakes. Since they are public figures, they need to be criticized. GUYS, LET US STOP THE NONSENSE OF DEBATING NON ISSUES. HOW CAN WE ERADICATE TRIBALISM IN KENYA.

Read your history books well. The colonialists segmented the Luos into all the three major countries in East Africa. Nyerere has Luo roots, as well as Obote, Okelo, Oite Ojok of Uganda. Politics in Kenya is more about numbers, not policies. If blantant plunder of natural resources, murder, rape, corruption, and open tribalism is humbleness by your standars, I dont regret, not an iota being a Luo.
