When u say people brought - be sure that is the way to spread the fleas unless the people of Ugenya influenced the visitors on how to be flea - free.
The economic importance is that resources are mobilized for the infected areas ! iF THE TREND PICKS UP,WE MIGHT NEED A declaration of flea DISASTER in the country!
