[wanabidii] BELGIAN JUDGE PULLS OUT OF ICC CASES VS UHURU, RUTO

Puking upon nausea or what - that notwithstanding,the Judges' pulling out does not mean that;-
 
1).Crimes were not committed.
2).Court cannot replace as there are more judges.
3).Wont change the charges on crimes against humanity.
 
Nevertheless,the accused are inocent till proven guilty and its upon the ICC Court to constitute a trial team to carry out the proceedings.
 
I think the problem has been more of denial, sensationalism,impatiance and over expectations of what ICC is all about and harmonization and or reconciliation in the cotext of turn of events.

Please keep off. Everytime I call Wanjiru and I try to reconcile her with MO by telling her the good side of MO and praising him, she start to puke. I stopped mentioning his name in our conversation and she stopped puking. There were days in the past that he was our hero but today he is our villain No. 2 so, though I know he has many positive attributes, the few negatives blurs the positive. With Ciiru, that would be over my dead body. This is not from what you and MO think but for MO good since I dont hate him. That is why I said that if Ciiru's option was to either marry him or commit suicide, I would advise her to take the rope. This is because the marriage would cause her to take two options-suicide or homicide. In both case, two people would be dead. She finishes him first and then she finishes herself to avoid remembering him or in second, she finishes him and the Govt finishes her. It is better to save two lives than to lose two. If I knew that only one, in this case MO would be gone and there would be no consequences on Ciiru, even spending a day at Kibuye Prison, because she does not deserve it, I would encourage her to take him, at least to help the devil welcome his own.

ICC Judge withdraws from Uhuru, Ruto case

NAIROBI, KENYA: Belgium Judge has withdrawn from cases facing President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto at the International Criminal Court
In his withdrawal, Judge Christine Van den Wyngaert questioned the prosecution's conduct
"I fully concur with the elucidation in the decision of the prosecution's rights and obligations under article 54(1) (a) of the statute. However, I would have gone further in that I am of the view that there are serious questions as to whether the prosecution conducted a full and thorough investigation of the case of the accused prior to confirmation," said Wyngaert.
"In fact I believe that the facts show that the prosecution had not complied with the obligation under article 54 (1) (a) at the time when it sought confirmation and that it was still not even remotely ready when the proceedings before this Chamber started."
