What a President? Geofrey Thats how it looks for a kenyan who can rent a good  house at 200 USD but in US the cost of living may be 4 times of this or more. This budget may be an equivalent 7k usd in kenya which is an average budget for simple wedding in the city. Whichever the case, we are not supposed to raise all this amount but we are wishing his son well by the little we have even if its a simple wedding card. Your firstborn marrying is like you marrying. You can imagine what pastor is feeling.
