Obed,I dont know. Are sure Mugambi has a certificate in any form? Looks like it was all rumors. First they (wambui) assumed Mugambi had one. TNA said hell no. Then Wambui says she was informed that somebody at IEBC changed names and her name was not there. IEBC should have stated their position when TNA put all the blame on them. To me this sounds like noise about nothing but rumors. Can you now please shut up since I promise to keep quiet? --
