Hi everyone, hope all is well with you. We are all well here.

Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences caused by not uploading
the Kawangware Visit pics on time. I have been held up at work, had
traveled to Kampala and since coming back, been out in the field. I'm
deeply sorry for this.

Attached is a feature story of the local Daily Nation of Wednesday April 23,2008 by Jayne Rose Gacheri  with details of Martha Macharia aka Mother Theresa of Kagwangware.

She is taking care of 16 kids with 1 in secondary school,5 in nursery & baby class and  2 in upper primary with assistance of good Samaritans as to uniforms,fees and other essentials .

They need basic necessities like food,medicine and water.

They requested for the following;-

1). Bumbers to assist at night and daytime while she is away.
2).Potty to help since they lack proper toilets even for the slightly grown up kids.
3).Wheel chair for two kids who are physically challenged.
4).Three double deckers ( most kids sleep on the floor ) and can be cold.
5).Toys for kids - it can be boring u know and playing makes the day.

Some of the kids are abandoned by their parents in the streets or hospital where she picks them in the spirit of helping having grown is more less the same environment.

Anybody willing can join us and please give suggestions on what is to be purchased.

Lets come to the main dish. Kagwangware kids  contributions. Why have you colored some names. You know this is corruption of highest order. All names should be in black and white. I ended up at the eye specialist  yesterday to  buy glasses because i cant read  names of some contributors or you don't want us to see? If so, their names should not appear on the list. Now that I incurred unexpected  optician bill, you will pay me otherwise no more miraa, nyama choma, or even the sukuma wiki. So sis wangu, make these names in black and white as this is what optician recommended.
