Unakumbuka mwanzoni mwa mwaka huu kuna wanafunzi waliopitia shule za kata
na kumaliza vyuo walimualika mhe lowassa katika halfa naye akaenda
wakamsifia kweli kwa kuonyesha kwamba katika suala hili yeye anawajibika
moja kwa moja sasa kwanini tumuondoe kwenye suala hili na pia kwa kuwa
alikuwa kiongozi wa juu kipindi hicho na anatekeleza ilani ya chama kama
unavyosema basi anawajibika moja kwa moja kwa kuvurunda kwenye mpango huu
wa shule za kata .

Wakati ukitafakari hilo kuna suala la mvua za lowassa alizoahidi kuzalishwa
na wataalamu fulani toka bara asia .
