In our country (Tanzania) it is yet to be acceptable as a socially and lawful business, no one will come up in public to demand such contractual rights. Of course we are aware that such business are going on in some corners of our towns. In our country things seems to be a little bit different. There is low prevalence of HIV/AIDS among people( changudoa, barmaids, dadapoa and other similar groups) who are assumed to be vulnerable to HIV infections. This is due to the reason that such groups of people have been made aware of the use of protective s (condoms). But one big problem is that there are some people whom are engaged in this business but are not easily identified, despite the fact that they are employed elsewhere but they are equally engaged in sex business by having a good number of the so called lovers or nyumba ndogo. With such type of relationships use of condoms is not of priority as there is much of cheating among such lovers.
