I agree with some of the comments that on this issue, whatever happened was serious but I believe that the Governor must have been seriously provoked to do that. The little I know about the Governor is that he does not entertain hooliganism, Shebesh could have had good reasons to go to the Governors office but the approach was pathetic. She needs to realize there are better ways of approaching someone's office and not coming in with hooligans to interfere with the smooth running of an office.
Unconfirmed stories say that this is not the first time a slap is landing on her probably the fourth or fifth time. If that is the language she understands then she will continue receiving more irrespective of the outcome of this issue. Her approach to sorting out issued is ancient or analog she needs to understand "tumetoka analog tukaenda digital" what is? She needs to be digital in expressing her grievances.

Dear readers and people of Kenya,
I feel that Shebesh should relinquish the public Office she is holding.
Whatever the case was I do expect someone in Shebesh's position to carry thugs to go and attack fellow officer in his Office. If worse come to the worst we public expect some body in Shebesh's level to take the matter to Parliament to be heard by people's representatives and if she is no satisfied then she go ahead and take the matter to court.
This matter is still not clear to the public. What I saw in the TV is that Shebesh was in front of Dr. Kidero's Office. What made Shebesh to go to Kidero's Office?
Did she only go there to provoke Kidero because she and others do not want Kidero in that Office?
Did Kidero plan to beat her or did she provoke Kidero beyond his control?
Since it looks to me like Shebesh went to Kidero's Office with a large group of thugs with intention of provoking, beating and killing Kidero in his Office, Shebesh should not hold any public Office.
Shebesh has embarrassed not only the people who elected her but the entire Kenya and Africa as a whole for hiring thugs to take her to Dr. Kidero's Office and holding Kidero's private part with an aim to defeat him so that the thugs can beat and kill him in the Office. They did not beat him to death because of the presence of the media.
For these and other reasons, Shebesh should NOT continue serve in public office, as she demonstrated thuggish behavior for hire in a Government office without due respect.
Dr. Kidero was put by Shebesh in such a dangerous and awkward situation that it was hard for him to know what to do or control his immediate actions.

The case against Kidero can only succeed under two conditions;
- If the case is heard and determined by the Statehouse.
- If the case is heard and determined by the Supreme Court.
All other avenues, within the law, will fail miserably.
Anyway, I like how you have become a legal expert in this matter strongly supported by two luo degenerates; folks that are miserably of out of order in any serious discussion.
How would one in his/her own mind camp in someone's office, hold press conference castigating the holder of that office and harass entire staff as if they are lesser beings. Kwani, is Shebesh above the law. I'm yet to see the same venom poured towards Dr. Kidero also directed at Hon. Shebesh who not only assaulted Dr. Kidero but many others in the Governor's office.
See you after Dr. Kidero is fired by SH or the SC!

A section of politicians from the ruling coalition are not happy with Kidero, being Governor of the richest County, with the highest revenue allocation in the nation. While the Governor made the worst mistake any leader would to a woman more so in public, Kenyans also expected Shebesh, as a legislator of Nairobi, to have initiated some dialogue rather than storming the governor's office with demonstrators. Can it be true Governor Kidero may have been brought closer to the powers to learn his weaknesses and sent the roaring lioness to bring him down? The trip to Beijing and some positive overtures we have seen before, may have been a set up which has now served Kidero's political opponents well.
