We are a Sovereign State. I will not support such decisions, We are By Law required to uphold Justice and Equal rights of our Country, Citizen and by so, on that order we can not support Kenya's decision. They have so made their decision through their Parliament, and if they want our support, let the Executive of this nation ask our representatives. We are signatories of the Rome Statue and have sworn to protect the lives and right of our people. Voting on Kenya's support it there for indicate we are a country that does not respect the Geneva Convention on the Bill of Rights.
Be it clear that it was Kenya's themselves who made the Hague decision, It was their decision as well to be member of the Rome Statue, and so if they wish to withdraw let them go ahead and so, cause they never asked us in the first place that they should be signatories of the Rome Statue.
Why now? If you have made crimes, and you consider our support to help you cover your crimes that is stupidity, only a complete idiot can do that.
If you are innocent let the courts prove you not guilty. And prove to the people of Kenya that indeed the two accused are innocent.

Mahakama ya ICC ni muhimu sana na inatakiwa. Kinachofanyika Kenya ni usanii wa hali ya juu ambao umejaa unafiki, ubinafsi, na ujinga mwingi tu kwani hawa wabunge hawafanyi hivyo (kujiondoa kutoka ICC) kwa nia njema. Kama Odinga ndio aliyekuwa mahakamani hao wabunge wa Jubilee wangetunga sheria ya kujitoa? Waafrika inabidi tuache unafiki kwani tunageuka kuwa kituko na ndio maana hatuheshimiani na hatuheshimiwi.

It's Africa that is committing the most Crimes Against Humanity and that's why most cases at the ICC are from Africa.
