Kenya's former Prime Minister is slated to win this year's Nobel Peace Prize for Human Rights. This is likely to send shockwaves to Raila's political enemies who have always viewed him as a perennial loser. He got recommendations from the USA based Human Rights Watch, Kenya Human Rights Commission, Amnesty International and Key figures in the Obama administration's Foreign Mission. For me, if it happens, it will be a mile stone for the former PM and MNP for Langata. His consistency and political principles are impeccable. His strive to see a just Kenya and Panafricanism credentials put him on a higher grid compared to many turncoats. Let us wait and see.

Okil
You are sober ndugu and so will ask you this one and please give us a legal opinion. That can shut the hell up on many of us. I also want to repeat that those of us who feel Kidero should have restrained himself are a minority. Rose K is leading a brigade, majority infact on the forums who feel that Shebesh, because of her action deserved to be slapped and that nothing can happen to Kidero since Shebesh stormed his office and so deserved hio kofi, may be more. I was waiting for you to help us because Oduya demanded I shut up because my only support came from what he called irritants and misfits of society. I believe he owes MO and Mboya an apology unless they both deserves such:)

Now tuswari

1. Did Shebesh grab Kidero's testicles as Judy and others are alleging and so slapped her on that account? Where the hell did they get that or is that another gossip manufactured in order to let Kidero off the hock?

2. Can Shebesh be charged and jailed for leading a crowd into a Governor's office? Lets forget her past for now unless one answers me a simple question:

If  it was not Shebesh who was slapped by our good friend Millie Odhiambo. She did the same things Shebesh did but Kidero ended up landing a huge slap on her face, would that be justifiable too? Lets just forget Shebesh and use any name, Ida for example and she got slapped by Kidero for doing the same thing, Rao would be justifying that as he might on Kidero going by the majority ODM minds on these forums? I am expecting to hear ida, Rao and others laud Kidero for a slap well slapped!

3. Assuming Shebesh presses charges and went to court and there was evidence which proved beyond any reasonable doubt that Kidero indeed slapped her, going with what led to him slapping her, can a judge jail him or find him guilty? If yes, what are we looking at here in terms of
a) Kidero jail term/sentence
b) Shebesh for storming his office?

take us through this because I may change my tone and agree with Rose K that a Governor can slap anybody he wants to slap if they stormed into his office. I will be able to understand Rose and Oduya's position. Just forget the noise from the frogs and take us through the above kwa makini na unyenyekevu.
