Any moderator who takes time to read Warsama's postings on other forums will not allow Warsama. Right now, Warsama is only able to post on his 2 pathetic forums, Uchunguizi and Cahnegemomebasa plus maybe another 2. But he CCs several forums so that when you REPLY ALL to his postings, they end up going to all the other forums on his CC list that you belong in, but that he most likely does not belong in.
