[wanabidii] Opportunities for Graduate Volunteers

Dear all,

We are looking for graduates to work on full time in a certain program as
interns (in Dar es Salaam) for a couple of months.

They should have studied economics, commerce, business
administratiion,land economics/management, urban or rural planning, law or
related subjects and passed with at least a GPA of 3.3 points at
undergraduate level. Masters is an added advantage, but holders must must
have the 3.3 GPA at undergraduate. Good mastery of written and spoken
English and analytical ability required. The work is demanding, yet
interesting and will give opportunity to interact with senior officer in
the private sector.

Applicants will be shortlisted and the most promising will be invited for
interview. A monthly allowance of Tshs 300,000 will be given to cover
basic expenses. No other pay or benefits. This is therefore not a regular
job, but rather a place where an unemployed graduate can engage to get
experience and networks for a couple of months. Selection is done directly
by our client.

invited for next level screening. Plse do not apply if you do not meet the
minimum criteria of 3.3 points. We understand it may not sufficientlty
discriminate, but this is the first screening criteria.

Note that we are also accepting applications to our Certificate in
Entrepreneurship and Business Management Program, starting in April 2013
(see attached advert).

We shall also have a 3 month youth entrepreneurship program targetting
form IV and VI leavers, between May and August. This will constitute a
series of daily workshops and practical assignments, as well as innovative
business creation projects by the youth. More info on this will be on the
