Sensex dives 77 points on US rate hike fears
Sensex extended its downward trend for the fifth session today, falling over 77 points to end at fresh six-month low of 26,150 as foreign investors continued to pull out funds on fears of a rate hike in the US.

The cash crunch arising out of demonetisation is expected to paralyse economic activity in the short-term, and the 2017-18 GDP growth is likely to be 5.8 per cent, says a report.
