[wanabidii] English Grammar

I'm back with yet another item that some may be confused about.

Sign-up  and Sign-in

What's the difference between those 2 expressions?  Let me give you an example that clarifies the meanings:

Today I will sign-up for the Jamhuri Day party

Today I will sign-in at the Jamhuri Day party

What's the difference between these 2 sentences?

Courage
