I liked the views of East African Community Secretary General , Dr. Richard Sezibera presented in The Citizen of today.
At last, here comes a true son of East Africa who put it clear,that the said tension or nearly state of war between Rwanda and Tanzania, had been blown out of proportion by the media.
It is the view that is also shared by our own President, Jakaya Kikwete. We are The East Africans, brothers and sisters, and shall always remain so. We have no reasons at all of going to war.
