The wife married him "For better or for worse" so she should be supportive and try to work with him to find a solution. There are ways of going around making love that may not be traditional and can be used as alternatives.

There are gadgets such as Rabbits, dildos etc that the husband can help the wife use until a solution is found.

A certain Njoroge buys a cow at 20,000 from Ole Nabori and tells him to deliver it the next day Ole nabori comes and tell him that the cow Died. Njoroge tells him to refund ... him the money but Nabori says he had spent it all. Ok, Njoroge tells him to bring him the Dead Cow. A Week later,they meet and Ole Nabori asks what he did with the Cow, Njoro says "I Entered raffle for it to be Won and sold 150 tickets @ 500 each and made a profit of 75,000. I dint tell them that the cow was Dead " Nabori asks, "Didnt people Complain?"
