Maurice, With due respect, it is unconstitutional to force someone to pave way for Raila. If an ODM elected member want to vacate his or her position, let them declare the position and a fresh election is done. We cannot allow to change the Constitution half-hazadly to pave way for Raila in other words, the law must be respected. This is what Mutula stood for and as you can see, his life was terminated by the same greedy ideologies simply because Politicians who disagreed with him are selfish and greedy. You will do Raila good when you advice him correctly. He has already done so many mistakes and he needs a break to recollect how he wants to be remembered. Lets be Civil and be objective. Tusijidanganye.........Raila has 5 years to go back to drawing board if he wants to go back to Parliament. Do you remember Raila talking about Mandazi in Kibera? Raila has lots of business he can begin to concentrate on to keep him busy. Lets face reality. He understood it better and you guys must stop misleading him. I think you're either reading the constitution or you're smoking something from the hills of Jamaica. Read it again please. I hate to see someone like you who I respect embarrassing herself here. If you don't want raila to go back to Parliament, say so; that is your right to an opinion. But please don't say the constitution bars him. It does not.Courage On Fri, May 3, 2013 at 7:08 PM, Judy Miriga <jbatec@yahoo.com> wrote: Mwangi and the rest, Before I jibud those questions, did I read right, that Raila hinted at rejoining the Parliament ??? Heck NOOOOOO..........So is Mutahi Ngunyi right? Was he paid to do the dirty job ???? Why cant he tell us what he knows about Mutula than telling us about his going back to Parliament because that is not constitutional. Surely now we can all say that, all people who died including Odhiambo Mbai who with a passion worked hard to formalize legality of the constitution was gunned down from his house and the matter still remain unresolved even after catching up all those who were involved. Today, Mutula's death has turned a mystery with obstruction at every stage and no one want to follow the leads except they want us to believe in their own theories of suicide. The fact remains that the government is not friendly about the constitution but the constitution is here to stay and all of us must sacrifice and join together to uphold and push for sustainable good governance that must deliver public mandate. The ruling government must comply and no one should be fooled by gimmicks of the corrupt mentality to derrail our hard earned New Constitution. Whoever will try to undermine our constitution, we shall not allow them. Former President Moi obliged and retired even though he never wanted to get out of power. Kibaki complied and retired the same. Raila and Kalonzo must not give us headache. It is over and it is over, let Raila bow down honorably and give other people a chance so that the country can begin to heal. Let Uhuru and Ruto show us what they can do as they are now in the leadership ........ to loose a brain such like that of Mutula Kilonzo, is not something we can come to terms with. The challenges are incomprehensible and politely, this is what I can share for now because, I am beaten down; I have got to recollect and get my bearing straight...... Judy Miriga Diaspora Spokesperson Executive Director Confederation Council Foundation for Africa Inc., USA http://socioeconomicforum50.blogspot.com Raila hints at rejoining Parliament Updated Friday, May 3rd 2013 a 00:00 GMT +3 By Felix Olick Kenya: Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has given the clearest hint that he is willing to make a comeback to the National Assembly. Raila said he is yet to make up his mind on the issue contrary to his earlier stance that he would lead CORD from outside Parliament. "I don't want to talk much on the issue today, but I have been approached", Raila said. The PM was speaking at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport after returning from Times Africa CEO summit in London. He was received at the airport by Johnston Muthama, Mpuri Aburi, Elizabeth Ongoro, Francis Nyenze among others. --- On Fri, 5/3/13, Kuria-Mwangi <kjmwangi@gmail.com> wrote: From: Kuria-Mwangi <kjmwangi@gmail.com> Subject: Re: [uchunguzionline] 52 samples taken in Mutula death probe To: "WanaKenya" <wanakenya@googlegroups.com> Cc: "uchunguzionline@yahoogroups.com" <uchunguzionline@yahoogroups.com>, "vuguvugu" <vuguvugumashinani@yahoogroups.com> Date: Friday, May 3, 2013, 1:36 PM Roz: On Fri, May 3, 2013 at 12:49 PM, roz kahumbu <rozkah2005@yahoo.com> wrote: Kuria, I wouldn't trust any of these internet rags...they are all trying to anticipate the truth. The Family should press for samples to be investigated abroad or some of us will never believe the results...It is their right to decide where their pathologist does his work. Not only that, after the Saitoti saga the majority of Kenyans do honestly DEPEND on the results from abroad more than we have faith in our local guys ability to do a thorough job and bring definite results. If the UK pathologist could confirm that he has all the materials and instruments he needs here with him....it may allay our fears. I did read that he was the LEAD PATHOLOGIST...Maybe that's some consolation...and maybe the other 6 will have a learning experience.....and add it to their CV :) roz From: Judy Miriga <jbatec@yahoo.com> To: Judy Miriga <jbatec@yahoo.com> Sent: Friday, May 3, 2013 7:17 AM Subject: [uchunguzionline] 52 samples taken in Mutula death probe
