[wanabidii] Re: [PK] CORD Tribal Politics in Rallies.

Cosmos,

I am truely saddened that in all matter of consideration, the Constitutional
Judicial Court is framed a "Bandia".  It is for this reason, a repeat of Law
and Order is about to be thrown out of the window to provide "The Jungle Law"
that which is open to "Free Thuggery, open theft and Terrorism" in the likes
of "M23"; who demanded to be heard and be included in the package of "RIGHTS"
with which, the "Jungle Rule" gave them international platform and recognition
after the local people went to bed with them.

This in effect is pooling people out of their Constitutional consideration to
open ways and means for Jungle Law that accommodates Mungiki and Al-shabaab.

Is this the reason why a prominent politician once branded the Judicial "Court"
a BANDIA???  Is that the reason why, with the support and back-up of his team
of special business interest in Boston bundled him heavily to enforce?  Is that
what the people want???  So it is true this politician has never trusted the
Rule of Law under Democratic principles of governance.  Why would the people
trust him after episode of "Yala Swamp" to the Dominion LAND GRABBER and Museveni
in Migingo, then RIAT and Migori is open to Somalis' Alshabaab and Mungiki?  What
is in the head of Kenyan people??? How can they FRY themselves alive?  What is
this coming out of frying pan and droping into BURNING FIRE???  Where is common
sense OR did "Moi's Free Milk" affect Kenyan future generations Oblangata...???
If what has been taken is not enough, they want more, what do Kenyans think they
are upto??? It is why there is this FACTOR OF DIALOGUE, ask yourself, dialogue
for whose interest, when the master of the Game visited Al-shabaab stronghold
and then "FUEL FOR FIRE", there is confrontation between the illegal Alshabaab,
Mungiki and retaliation???? The war is between the Kikuyu and Alshabaab and
Mungiki.......if the problem is between Kikuyu and the rest of Kenyans, it should
not go open doors for Mungiki and Al-shabaab. At the end of the day, like M23
the illegal terror groups will demand recognition and RIGHTS, are Kenyans ready
for that, how will that help if another problem and fire is added to an already
burning one problem that has not been resolved? How will multi-problem be easy
to resolve than a one single problem? Where are the logics????

I am now more than worried.  I am worried that what we fought so hard to instal
is now pushed out of the system through back-doors.  I wonder why the people
are supporting another "M23" which is a rip-off and people will be thrown into
a much more problem than they are presently in.  It will be more trouble, pain
and sufferings with gnashing of teach. Who shall the people go to as an option
after the "Judicial Institution" is regarded a BANDIA to open for JUNGLE RULE?

I dont know, I dont know, I dont know..........

If Kenyans wont listen to voice of reason, then, they have themselves to pay
for the CONSEQUENCES.........Even God will not save them from their QUAGMIRE
they help lit the fire to burn them.............

Judy,
You're making very little, if
no sense. Why? Because you are asking what MPs are doing in
parliament, and wondering why are they paid from the tax
money for doing nothing. You're again blaming the
tax-payer for rising up in-masses - which is the only way
they can express their grievances - to demand accountability
why their money is used for paying non-performing MPs. What
is your stand? Or are you confused?

The National Assembly Speaker is on record leveling the
courts you're referring mwananchi to a
bandia.

Good
People,

In simple language, what are the Lagislators doing in
Parliament

of Kenya today?  Why are they earning a salary from public
tax-payer

for not doing what they are supposed to do? What is the use
of The

Judiciary and the Court, if people are not practicing and
pushing

for the Law to take effect rather than the jungle rule that
leads to

destruction? If the Jungle Rule of the Streets benefits the
Mungiki

and Al-Shabaab and promotes their illegal businesses, why
would people

support to direct their hard earned public taxpayer to the
illegal

Mungiki and Al-Shabaab?  In this equation, who is a fool?
If Kenya

has a Constitution, why accept the jungle rule of going to
the street

which the Saba Saba of mass action will confirm that, people
prefer

the jungle rule to that of the Constitution and thus, that
will be

a show-case proof that Kenyans do not want the Constitution
or the

Devolutional organized system of Law and Order.

Organization and responsibility in Civil Action brings good
results,

and is better than a free jungle rule that has no guiding
principles.

It is by practicing that the Constitutional system can be
effective

to produce good results.  Why not consider engaging the
Court to work

for peoples grievances by sending complaints to the court by
individuals

or groups?  The problems here will be looked into in an
organized and

peaceful manner while at the same time, the Presidential
tenure is 10

years in a renewal of five years term. Why would Kenyans
instead, render

Al-shabaab and Mungiki legitimate by offering them jobs
which in effect

are earning and consuming public taxpayer money?  Why give
consent of an

agreement by attending mass-action of Saba Saba? The idea of
corrupt

politicians calling for mass action is for people to show
aggreement by

attending.  This is the reason why people must keep off
from Saba Saba

mass-action.

It is advisable that the people pressure the system to work
on their

behalf than put the system irrelevant when public servents
are seen not

being in compliance with the Constitutional Rule of
Law?

Good people, if Kenya falls out The Constitutional principle
order and

go to the Streets, how do Kenyans explect to solve their
problems that

way except giving chaos ticket to destroy Kenya?  The
results of the

streets shall be worse and destructive than going to the
court. Those

who will gain from Mass-Action are thieves of Land Grabbers
who are in

panic of selling out Kenya to fatten their pockets.

Good people, did you ever think, who stand to gain from
Mass-Action?

What was the purpose of creating the Constitution if people
do not

practice it to make it perfect?  Why should people give
themselves to

be used when they know too well, the action will produce
negative

effects in their lives?  Did the people ever stop to think
who benefits

from corruption, Land Grabbing, Pirating, Al-Shabaab and
Mungiki at the

end of the day?  Can someone do the math and share the
answer why Mass-

Action of Saba Saba will be useful to Kenya and the Kenyan
people and

why Kenyans should participate in it?

Why should Kenyans support what is about to consume them and
destroy

their lives, livelihood and survival completely?  Is the
show-case of

Yala Swamp and Migingo in Siaya of "The Land
Grabbing" not enough taste

of eating the Pudding?

In my thinking, and for the peace and goodwill of all
people, God avails

Himself and performs miracles in peoples lives where Peace
abounds.

Choose Peace and resolve problems harmoniously and God shall
see you through

your problems.

 account146w qt4,

What is it that "Uhuru" has not

 done that he

should have done?! What is he doing that he should not
be

 doing?! What

is the leader to do with an opposition leadership that
sends

 KDF into

Somalia then now talks as if that was
"Uhuru's" birthday

 sin, thus

treating us as if we have the briefest of memories?!
What,

 REALLY, is

the leader to do with an opposition leadership that
instead

 of closing

ranks with the rest of Kenyans, in such times of clear
need,

 is still

busy heckling "saba saba"?! What is the worth of
an

 opposition

leadership that, instead of sponsoring structured
motions

 in

Parliament that rattle the government into fruitful
action,

 is busy

yelling antiquated rubbish like "mass action"?!
What, my

 brother, is

this country to gain from an opposition leadership that

 cannot sober

up from a HISTORICAL fact that they lost an election
close

 to two

years ago, AND THAT IS NOW TIRED HISTORY???!!! What is

 Kenya's malady,

if this is not the sum total of it, and WHAT is
"Uhuru" to

 do???!!!
