Mission Statement
The Head of Network Service assurance would function as a relationship manager between the Commercial Categories and the factory team, delivering on signed SLAs. He/she would be responsible for translating and communicating company objectives.
He/she would be accountable for the operations and maintenance of all IT and Network infrastructure, GSM/ WCDMA and other wireless network infrastructure, management of SLAs with service providers for passive, active and IT novation services.
He/she would be accountable for planning and managing the daily Regional Network Operation activities, he/she would provide operational support to the rollout, quality and planning departments, ensuring that all planned implementation in the regions are completed within scope and agreed timelines. 
Developing and providing reports to evaluate and benchmark Operational productivity

1. Network Service Assurance
a. Fault events and Trouble ticket management
b. Network Performance management
c. Quality of service (QoS) management 
d. Network and service testing
e. Service level agreement (SLA) monitoring

2. Operational KPIs 
a. Maintaining current Network infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance
b. Evaluating recommended network changes with respect to new tools and technology
c. Ensuring implementation of new tools/technology in the production environment
d. Ensuring compliance to change and access control processes and procedures
e. Responsibility for end to end quality of service for all Network infrastructure and services
f. Prioritizing modifications to core systems applications
g. Ensure a cultured O&M documentation process Network availability
