Ikiwa ni takribani miezi minne tangu tawi la CHADEMA UK lifunguliwe rasmi na Mr Godbless Lema, kumekuwepo na maendeleo makubwa ya ujenzi wa tawi hili lakini vile vile kumekuwepo na changa moto mbali mbali kutokana na uelewa wa watu ktk dhana nzima ya M4C. M4C ikiwa na maana ya Movement for Change, ni sharti mtu yeyote anayeingia ktk movement hii kwenye ngazi ya uongozi aelewe haya machache ya msingi:

1) Kwanza aone matatizo yanayomgusa yeye na jamii yake
2) Ajue na kutambua fika chimbuko la matatizo haya
3) Awe tayari kuwa kiini cha mabadiliko ya kweli anayoyataka kwa jamii
4) Aweze kutoa ufumbuzi kwa kukemea maovu, kuelimisha na hata yeye binafsi kuelimika
5) Ili afanikiwe ktk kipengele cha (4) ni sharti ajitambue yeye binafsi ya kwamba ni:
i) Lazima awe safi na mwenye sifa za kukemea waovu
ii) Aweke maslahi ya jamii mbele na si yake binafsi
iii) Awe na sifa za uongozi zinazotakiwa, nidhamu ikiwa nambari moja ktk orodha.
iv) Awe na msimamo wa kiitikadi

Kwa hiyo, uongozi wa CHADEMA UK kwa baraka za watetezi wa haki ya kweli (CHADEMA TZ) unawatangazia umma watanzania kokote mlipo kwamba kuanzia leo

 tarehe 12/12/12, Mr Christopher Lukosi amevuliwa rasmi uongozi na amesitishwa uanachama kutokana na kutokidhi mengi ya yaliyotajwa hapo juu.

Uongozi wa CHADEMA UK unamshukuru sana kwa mchango na ushirikiano wake mkubwa kwa kipindi ambacho matundu ya chujio yalikuwa makubwa. Tutaendelea kumkumbuka na hata kutumia misemo yake yenye maana nzito kwa jamii ya kitanzania, kama vile: -

i) Sisi sote ni ndugu, tatizo ni CCM
ii) Kila kwenye msafara wa mamba na kenge wamo
Uongozi unamwakikishia Mr Christopher Lukosi kwamba mamba wote wa CHADEMA UK kwa kushirikiana na wote wenye kuelewa mageuzi ya kweli
, tutaliondoa tatizo ifikapo 2015. Tunamtakia kila la kheli katika maisha na ni imani yetu tutaendelea kuwa ndugu yake baada ya tatizo kutatuliwa !!!!.
