I agree with the suggestions that we as researchers should be more proactive
on this issue. Since COSTECH in collaboration with TPSF have been discussing
with Prime Ministers office the preparation of Tanzania Competitiveness
Report, therefore, we are ready to convene a meeting and forward
recommendations to the Prime Ministers office.

I will be happy to receive names of individuals/ institutions interested to
attend the meeting in order to send invitation letter.
