Hola nina mapendekezo machache kuhusu suala lako .

1 - Mitandao ya Kijamii ( Social Media )

Suala hili bado ni geni haswa katika masuala ya kiuongozi katika mashirika , taasisi na kampuni kadhaa nchini na hata afrika nzima kwa ujumla haswa chini ya jangwa la sahara , Kampuni nyingi au taasisi hazina miongozo kwa ajili ya wafanyakazi na wateja wao inayogusia mitandao ya kijamii kwa ujumla .

Tunaona watumiaji wengi hawana miongozo kutoka kwenye sehemu zao za kazi , lakini vile vile sheria za mawasiliano za tanzania hazijagusia suala hili na kama watumiaji wanataka kuwa na miongozo au sheria bora ni vizuri kwanza nchi iwe na sheria na miongozo iliyokamilika na kueleweka ili iweze kuwa adapted na mashirika , taasisi na kampuni binafsi .

Miongozo ni nini ?

Ni maelekezo fulani yanayotulewa kwa wafanyakazi au wadau wa kampuni jinsi wanavyoshiriki kwenye mitandao hiyo huku kukiwa na maslahi kwenye kampuni au mashirika yao nyuma yao .

Hili ni suala moja tu ambalo unaweza kujadili na kuandika mambo mengi sana

Yea, its academic research but directly linked to industrial practice, so no separation line between the two. 

Can you outline the issues which can be discussed under Regulations, Guidelines and Policies as you have outlined

Are you to conduct this research for your academic studies or you want to add values in new technology trends(i.e not for academic purpose)?
ICT is a wide area so u need to narrow down either of the following;
-Systems Development(i.e coding.programming,designing,engineering)
-Regulations,Guidelines,Policies which are the backbone governing ICT industry
-Security i.e systems vulnerabilities,assurances,CIA,Auditing and compliances
-Platform researching were you can base your research on new trends such as smartphone android,symbion iOS etc or windows platform which is also a wide area.
Please we can link up in case you are to do non academic research.
