Ingekuwa vizuri zaidi kama tatizo hili lingemalizikia nje ya vyombo vya kukazia sheria na mahakama. Kwamba, Dk Lwaitama anafahamu Kingereza, inaweza kutumiwa na mawakili wa PrecisionAir kutaka kujua nia yake ilikuwa nini alipokataa kupokea maelekezo kwa lugha anayoifahamu. Ingekuwa jambo jingine kama Dk Lwaitama angekuwa hafahamu Kingereza.
Kwa upande mwingine, huenda PrecisionAir wasimuombe radhi kama baadhi yetu tunavyofikiri. Kwani, wakifanya hivi, watakuwa wanamkaribisha Dk Lwaitama kuwafungulia kesi ya madai. Haya labda ndio mambo tunayopashwa kuyatafakari kwa faida ya Dk Lwaitama badala ya kulaani tu mwenendo na utaratibu unaotumiwa na PrecisionAir.
