Market nosedives; Sensex slumps by 200 points, Nifty breaks below 9600-mark
Sensex and Nifty continued to extend early losses on Monday with bank, auto and infrastructure stocks dragging the indices down. Sensex fell by over 200 points in intra-day trade to touch the low point of 31,044.28. Nifty also breached the 9,600-mark to reach day low of 9,598.50.

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is at an advanced stage of preparing a list of bad loans where resolution is required under the country's insolvency and bankruptcy rules, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said on Monday.
