Anil Ambani to draw no salary from RCom this fiscal
Reliance Communications Chairman Anil Ambani will not take any salary or commission in the current financial year as the company is reeling under huge debt and credit downgrades. The top management of the company has also decided to defer their personal pay by 21 days till the end of this year.

Sensex, Nifty end in green; public sector banks help market rally
Both the equity benchmarks - Sensex and Nifty - ended on a positive note on Wednesday after public sector banks rallied during the trading session. Sensex closed up 52.42 points at 31155.91, while the broader Nifty ended up 11.25 points at 9618.15.

Wholesale inflation in May cools to 5-month low of 2.17 per cent
Inflation based on the wholesale price index fell to a five-month low of 2.17 per cent in May, mainly because of a sharp drop in prices of vegetables. In December, the reading was 2.10 per cent. WPI inflation was 3.85 per cent in April and (-) 0.9 per cent in May 2016.
