Lakini la pili ni vizuri kuja kuwa kura ni kura. Ukiwasikiliza watanzania na hasa mwaka huu kuna uwezekano watanzania wasipige kura au wakapiga kura za fujo. Sasa kama huyo mdogo akasikika na kuwafurahisha wakaamua kumpa? Kuna mifano mingi ndani za chaguzi hasa ngazi za serikali za mitaa na udiwani watu wamekuta aliyekuwa hatarajiwi kapita
Hata Mkapa alikuwa hatarajiwi. gazeti la chama chake liliweka jina lake konani ..... na Mkapa achukua fomu.
