Kabla ya kufikiria kutoa ruzuku  kwa shule binafsi serikali iwe na utashi wa kuboresha elimu katika shule zake kwa mbinu za kisayansi

Nilipokuwa nasoma Makongo, hapa nazungumzia ile ya Kanali I. O. Kipingu, ya ukweli (acha hii ya sasa!).

Kipingu alikuwa anatoa motisha kwa wanafunzi. mwanafunzi alikuwa akipata alama fulani alikuwa ananunuliwa 'stationaries', sare za shule, n.k. Akifaulu tena alikuwa anapunguziwa ada kwa asilimia 50. Akufaulu tena au kufikia alama fulani alikuwa analipiwa ada yote.

Kuna kiwango ilikuwa mwanafunzi anaitwa kukaa bweni bureeeeee.

Pia, matokeo ya kidato cha nne, kwa kila 'A' Kipingu alikuwa anatoa 5000 TZS tasilimu siku ya maafari.

Pia, kila aliyepata div 1.7-13 alikuwa anasoma bure kidato cha 5 na 6 pale pale, kama angependa.

Mimi sikuwahi kupata hizo zawadi kwani zilikuwa na ushindani sana. Ila kuna watu nawakumbuka walizipata na leo hii wapo mbali sana.

Binafsi nilipata 5000 TZS tasilimu. Nilipata 'A' ya kemia!

Zaidi ya yote, matokeo ya shule kwenye mitihani ya taifa yalikuwa mazuri (ukilinganisha na ya sasa).

Vicent, hizi shule ni za private zinaendeshwa  kwa ada sadaka zaka na michango ya wazazi. Ndo maana tunasema serikali itoe ruzuku ili kila mtoto mwenye uwezo na vigezo adahiliwe katika shule hizi.

Lakini pia shule hizi zimekuwa zikitoa offer kwa watoto vipanga mfano feza boys na feza girls. Ipo pia shule ya private huko geita watoto wenye div one wanasoma high school bure.
