I have personally seen preliminary calculations based on the newpaper published IEBC results and it was like >27K was subtracted from RaoMusyoka and over 13K added to Uhuruto. Maybe there was a mistake in excel, or there is some other formula IEBC used that will be come clear and we understand (just being cautious). But as a christian what does one say, in such a case, especially when looking at it with none christian CORDiers and they want to hear your verdict ,as a born again.
