The participants are supposed to take on a multiplier role in implementing reform in the hospital sector in their own countries.   Please find a detailed description of the program and the corresponding application form attached.   The program is funded by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). It is directed at participants coming from the African partner countries of the German Development Cooperation in the health sector: Cameroon, Kenya, Malawi and Tanzania. The number of participants is limited to 24 persons. Deadline is 06 January 2013.   The course is a part of a series of courses. An invitation for a Blended Learning course will be send out separately at the beginning of next year.   We hereby kindly ask you to forward the attached documents to your cooperation partners and other institutions and/or persons that you consider interested and encourage them to apply for the program.   Kind regards,  Irene Maweu
